Wedding and Event Planning

Day of Coordination (6 weeks before wedding). $1500+
Perfect for the bride that has already planned the wedding day but needs a wedding coordinator to carry out the plans.
Partial Planning (up to 6 months of planning). $2500+
This plan is for a bride that has planned most of their wedding but needs help with the details.
Full-Service Planning (up to 12 months of planning). $4000+
Wedding coordinator will work with bride to plan all aspects of the wedding and making sure it is executed to perfection.
Consultation
If you are interested in Prestige Events planning your big day, we can do a virtual meeting or meet in person to discuss details. Complimentary
Contract
After the consultation, we will have a better idea of the package that fits your wishes. We will customize the contract and review all details.
Deposit
Once you approve and sign the contract,
· 50% deposit to secure your wedding for all service packages. The remaining amount can be split into 2 payments with the last payment due one month before the wedding date.
· Payments by Venmo, cash or check.

Day of Coordination
Perfect for the bride that has already planned the wedding day but needs a wedding coordinator to carry out the plans. Help you tie up loose ends towards the end of the planning process. $1500+
· Six weeks of planning with wedding professional. Two planning meetings (one at venue) and unlimited email availability.
· Create wedding weekend timeline.
· Contact all vendors to confirm wedding arrangements to verify all final details.
· Communicate with vendors, officiant, photographer, and wedding party to relay details and timelines.
· Conduct Rehearsal- Max 2 hours- $150 for additional hours (collect items such as cake knife, toasting glasses, gift/money box, favors, marriage license, etc). Notify wedding party when and where to arrive for wedding day.
· Greet vendors on wedding day and receive deliveries.
· Final inspection of setup, making sure decorations, tables/chairs are in place for wedding and reception.
· Assist with wedding party flower distribution.
· Management of wedding ceremony and reception (max 10 hours). Assure timeline is followed.
· Make sure guests with special needs are accommodated.
· Make sure wedding rings are present.
· Ceremony- Line up and queuing of wedding party.
· Usage of Wedding emergency kit
· Coordinate reception activities and timing with DJ/band and photographer (grand entrance, dances, cake cutting, toasts, bouquet toss, final exit, etc).
· Make sure bride and groom have a meal and beverage.
· Distribute final payments and/or gratuities to vendors (paid by client).
· Gather gifts and personal items after the wedding and place in designated vehicle.
· Manage cleanup.
· One wedding coordinator- $300 for additional coordinator.

Partial Planning
This plan is for a bride that has planned most of their wedding but needs help with the details. This package meets you in the middle, venue and vendors are booked but need help with the next steps to make your day perfect! $2500+
· Up to 6 months planning (3 in person meetings), Unlimited communication with email
· Create wedding weekend timeline.
· Review venue and vendor contracts.
· Communicate with vendors, officiant, and wedding party to relay details and timelines.
· Conduct Rehearsal- Max 2 hours- $150 for additional hours (collect items such as candles, photos, cake knife, toasting glasses, gift/money box, etc). Notify wedding party when and where to arrive on wedding day.
· Management of wedding ceremony and reception (max 12 hours). Lead coordinator plus one day of wedding assistant.
· Create floor plan and seating for wedding and reception.
· Assist with out-of-town lodging for guests.
· Greet vendors on wedding day and receive deliveries.
· Final inspection of setup, making sure decorations, tables/chairs are in place for wedding and reception.
· Assist with wedding party flower distribution.
· Make sure guests with special needs are accommodated.
· Make sure wedding rings are present.
· Ceremony- Line up and queuing of wedding party.

· Management of wedding budget
· Assist with rentals (linens, tables, chairs, lighting, dance floor, etc.).
· Assist with guest list and seating chart creation.
· Communicate with vendors, officiant, photographer, and wedding party to relay details and timeliness.

Prestige Events can design and coordinate corporate and social events. Celebrate with friends and family with a birthday party, holiday party, bridal/baby shower, anniversary celebration or sorority gathering. Allow us to coordinate your next business meetings, marketing events, seminar, or social function.
During the planning process, we will:

· Do you help with set up and tear down?
Depends, if you purchase the décor package, we will take care of setting up and taking down decorations but not responsible for cleaning the venue.
· Do you charge by the hour?
No, the packages are offered on a basis of number of hours projected for the package selected.
· Do you do destination weddings?
Yes, we will work with the destination of your choice. Pricing will vary depending on travel expenses and the packages offered by the destination venue.
